C’était la troisième édition du salon médiéval et fantastique de Rouen, Normannia. J’y avais déjà participé en 2017 et 2018, ce n’est pas trop loin de chez moi. Début février, c’est un peu tôt pour sortir de mon terrier et voir du monde à mon gout, mais entouré d’amis chers à mon cœur, ce fut un bon week-end! Voici des images de mon petit stand.
It was the third medieval and fantasy fair Normannia in Rouen. I have already participated in 2017 and 2018, it’s quite close to home. Early february is a bit too early to leave my burrow in my opinion, but surrounded by dear friends, it was a good week-end! Here are a few images of my stall.
De retour à la maison avec une grosse crève (ah, les marchés en intérieurs, c’est idéal pour attraper des microbes!!), j’ai réussi à m’organiser pour préparer mon prochain salon tout proche, la fête de la laine à Malakoff (voir l‘édition de 2018). Même chose que l’année dernière en fait: Rouen, crève et Malakoff, l’histoire se répète! 🙂
C’est également l’époque de l’année où de grandes quantités d’écheveaux de laine non teintée arrivent à l’atelier…
Back at home with a nasty cold (ah, indoor fairs are great for catching bugs!!), I managed to get organized and prepare my next event, a « modern » fair near Paris in Malakoff (see the 2018 edition here). same thing as last year really: Rouen, nasty cold and Malakoff, history repeats itself! 🙂
It’s also the time of the year where huge amounts of undyed skeins arrive in the workshop…
Il est temps de se remettre sérieusement au travail! Vous pouvez déjà consulter mon agenda 2019 qui s’est rempli un chouia. Je ne participe pas à énormément d’évènements, car il y a toujours trop de travail à l’atelier, mais il y a quelques occasions que je ne peux manquer!
